Who is responsible. Clarissa Landell, located at Aguamarina 2435, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data on alkiimia.com. Contact: [email protected].
What data we use.
- If you only use the free calculators: your name and date of birth are processed in your own browser to run the calculations. We don't store them.
- If you buy your reading: we store the full name and date of birth you register for your reading, and the email address you used to purchase.
- The names and dates of other people you enter in Love & Compatibility are processed in your browser and are not stored. If you enter another person's details, do so only with their consent.
- Lines of business that aren't on our list: in "Products & Businesses," if you type a line of business that isn't on our list, we receive only that text (for example, "drone rentals"), the date and time, and your browser's language, with no other data about you. We use it to improve the list. It is stored in a Google spreadsheet.
- Browsing data: we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to know how many people visit the site, from which country, and which pages they read. This data is statistical and does not include your name, your date of birth, or what you calculate.
Why we use it. To generate your reading, send you your access code, give you access to your reading for 3 years, and answer your questions. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.
Payments. Payments are processed by Whop or Gumroad, which act as merchants of record. We never receive or store your card details. Each of them handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with. With Whop and Gumroad (payments), Resend (sending emails), Cloudflare (website hosting), and Google (visit statistics with Google Analytics and the log of lines of business that aren't on our list). Only to provide the service.
Your rights. You can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights) by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 20 business days at most.
Changes. If this policy changes, we'll post the update on this page.
